Pulmonary Hamartoma

Pulmonary Hamartoma identified on CAT scan in 1998. Note the internal popcorn like calcification, and only minimal change in size on second CAT scan study in 2001, 3 years later. If this nodule was a lung cancer, it would have grown considerably in three years.
